1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.

Each service is defined in a custom project agreement specifying scope, duration, and cost.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide necessary content and access in a timely manner. Delays or incomplete input may affect delivery timelines and result in additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

50% deposit required to initiate work
Remaining 50% due before project delivery
Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee
Deposits are non-refundable after work begins

5. Revisions & Scope Changes

Projects include up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional changes will be billed separately. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the client owns all deliverables. CircuitWave retains the right to use the work for promotional purposes. Proprietary tools or frameworks remain our property.

7. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality. Any information shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent unless legally required.

8. Limitation of Liability

CircuitWave shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

All services are provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, app downloads, or sales figures.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment of work completed up to termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.

12. Updates to Terms

CircuitWave may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
